Delivery

Every order is packed by hand in Castle Cary. Prints are posted flat in rigid board envelopes, and cards and postcards are sent in stiffened envelopes.

Returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it unused within [returns period] for a full refund. Please email me first and I'll send you the return details. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged in the post

If your order arrives damaged, send me a photo within [reporting period] and I'll reprint and resend it free of charge. Email hello@indyphotography.co.uk.
